We want you to feel informed, confident, and excited about joining us. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the retreat—covering everything from accommodations to what to pack.

If your question isn’t answered here, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help you prepare for this special experience.

      If you have specific requests, feel free to contact the hotel reception directly—they’ll be happy to assist you.

  • The retreat and all workshops will be held in English. Karin also speaks Swiss German, German and some French and Italian. So if you’re from a German-speaking country, rest assured—we often have several German-speaking guests, creating a comfortable environment for everyone.

  • We will send a simple packing list prior to the retreat.

  • At least 21

  • Flights to and from Vilnius are not included.

    Only our privately organized Shuttle-Transport from Vilnius to the retreat location is included.

    However, your stay, meals, and all workshops are fully covered.

  • The airport (Orouostas) in Lithuania is called “VNO – Vilnius Čiurlionis International Airport”.

  • We provide a shuttle from Vilnius to the retreat center (included in the price).

    It’s about a 90-minute drive (120 km) to the retreat center.

    You are free to drive by your own car.

  • By public transportation take the bus at the Main-Station in Vilnius to Anyksciai or to Utena.

    Bustransfer is in modern Busses ofthen with WIFI.

    Costs are about 10 Euros per person.

    From either Anyksciai or Utena it’s a ride of 20 minutes to the Retreat Center in the village Macionys.

  • Absolutely! We create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and at ease.

  • The meals we eat together during the retreat will be crafted with fresh, nourishing ingredients. If you have any dietary restrictions or intolerances, simply let us know in your application so we can accommodate your needs.

  • If you’re able to pay the full price upfront, we appreciate it. But we also offer payments in rates. For that simply get in contact with us so that we can find a way together that works well for you.

  • Up to 30 days prior to arrival: full refund minus 10% of the total amount.

    Between 30 and 14 days: 50% refund.

    Less than 14 days: no refund.

  • Our morning devotions are a voluntary invitation to begin the day with a short, Bible-based inspiration and a moment of silence.

    They offer space for inner alignment, reflection, and recharge – regardless of your Christian faith.

    There's no pressure – you can participate, simply listen, or start the day on your own. Everything is welcome.

Wir möchten, dass du dich gut informiert, sicher und voller Vorfreude auf unseren Aufenthalt fühlst. Nachfolgend findest du Antworten auf die häufigsten Fragen zum Aufenthalt – von der Unterkunft bis zum Packen.

      Bei speziellen Wünschen wende dich gerne direkt an die Hotelrezeption – dort hilft man gerne weiter.

  • Die Reiseleitung ist Deutsch. Karin spricht ausserdem Englisch und etwas Litauisch, Französisch und Italienisch. Wenn du also aus einem anderssprachigen Land kommst, sei ganz beruhigt – wir haben oft mehrere englischsprachige Gäste, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre für alle schafft.

  • Wir senden vorab eine einfache Packliste entsprechend der Jahreszeit. Dazu Informationen, was zusätzlich zum Retreat mitgebracht werden soll.

  • Mindestalter ist 21 Jahre

  • Flüge nach und von Vilnius sind im Retreat Preis nicht inbegriffen.

    Der von uns organisierte Shuttle-Transport von Vilnius bis zum Palaima ist im Preis inbegriffen.

  • Der Flughafen (Orouostas) in Litauen heisst „VNO – Vilnius Čiurlionis International Airport“.

  • Wir bieten einen Shuttle von Vilnius zum Palaima an (im Preis inbegriffen).

    Die Fahrt zum Retreat-Zentrum dauert etwa 90 Minuten (120 km).

    Es steht dir frei, mit einem eigenen Auto anzureisen.

  • Von Vilnius Hauptstation fahren regelmässig Busse nach Utena oder Anyksciai.

    Die Fahrt dauert ca. 2 Std und kostet ca. 10 Euro pro Person.

    Der Bustransfer erfolgt in modernen Bussen, oft mit WLAN.

    Von Anyksciai oder Utena erreichest du das Retreat-Zentrum im Dorf Macionys in 30 Minuten.

  • Absolut! Wir schaffen eine einladende, unterstützende Umgebung, in der sich jeder wohl und entspannt fühlen kann.

  • Die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten während des Aufenthalts werden aus frischen, nahrhaften Zutaten zubereitet. Solltest du spezielle Ernährungseinschränkungen oder Unverträglichkeiten haben, teile uns dies bitte bei deiner Anmeldung mit, damit wir deine Bedürfnisse berücksichtigen können.

  • Wenn du den vollen Preis im Voraus bezahlen kannst, freuen wir uns darüber. Wir bieten aber auch Ratenzahlungen an. Kontaktiere uns dazu einfach, damit wir gemeinsam eine passende Lösung finden.

  • Bis zu 30 Tage vor Ankunft: volle Rückerstattung abzüglich 10% des Gesamtbetrages.

    Zwischen 30 und 14 Tagen: 50 % Rückerstattung der Kosten.

    Weniger als 14 Tage: keine Rückerstattung.

  • Unsere morgendlichen Andachten sind eine freiwillige Einladung, den Tag mit einem kurzen, bibelbasierten Impuls und einem Moment der Stille zu beginnen.
    Sie bieten Raum zur inneren Ausrichtung, zum Nachdenken und zum Auftanken – unabhängig davon, wie tief du im christlichen Glauben stehst.

    Es gibt keinen Erwartungsdruck – du darfst teilnehmen, einfach zuhören oder auch ganz für dich in den Tag starten. Alles ist willkommen.
