Yes! This retreat is for all levels and we especially welcome beginners.

The retreat and all workshops will be held in English. Karin also speaks Swiss German, German and some French and Italian. So if you’re from a German-speaking country, rest assured—we often have several German-speaking guests, creating a comfortable environment for everyone.

We will send a simple packing list prior to the retreat.

The airport (Orauostas) in Lithuania is called “VNO – Vilnius Čiurlionis International Airport”. by car.

We provide a shuttle from Vilnius to the retreat center (included in the price).
Meetingpoint tba, Time: 15:00 sharp!
It’s about a 90-minute drive (120 km) to the retreat center.
You are free to drive by your own car.

By public transportation take the bus at the Main-Station in Vilnius to Anyksciai or to Utena.
Bustransfer is in modern Busses ofthen with WIFI.
Costs are about 10 Euros per person.
From either Anyksciai or Utena it’s a ride of 20 minutes to the Retreat Center in the village Macionys.
